With Over 20 years of partnership, Thermatic Technical FM has worked with B&M on their journey from 3 to over 650 sites UK wide.
B&M prioritise customer satisfaction above all else, so it is essential that their HVAC and refrigeration equipment is running efficiently and effectively to give their customers the top class shopping experience B&M demand.
In the same breath as B&M, Thermatic doesn’t compromise when it comes to helping our client’s achieve their targets.
We provide full preventative HVAC maintenance, maintaining their store’s to a safe, compliant and comfortable internal environment. Meanwhile, where there are any reactive requirements, Thermatic provides a 4 hour on-site response to make sure issues are resolved in line with KPIs and to minimise disruption to their business.
Thermatic Energy Services provides BMS and energy management support for the stores, including fault investigation, reactive call out, upgrades and ongoing remote monitoring and bureau management.
Whilst maintaining their stores, we have grown alongside them as their customer base increases. Whenever they open new stores across the UK we ensure a timely response time from our engineers to survey, install the essential systems they need to keep their environment safe and comfortable and fully commission in line with their opening goals.
Within our partnership with B&M we also integrate with their bespoke facilities management systems to make working with us as streamline as possible. This is important to reduce unnecessary administration tasks and drive efficiency into the contract.
